She established McGill Hospitality in 2015 and today, the firm represents 20 world-class manufacturers.

Ariana is an empathic salesperson, who loves helping customers find creative and fun ways to make their menus and drinks look spectacular; and to solve problems. A recent graduate of the University of San Francisco with a BS in Business Hospitality and a minor in Spanish. She is passionate about hospitality and pursuing her International MBA at Chapman University.

Chef Joseph Humphrey, with over 25 years of experience in the Bay Area, is renowned for his culinary approach that honors local, sustainable, and organic sources, reflecting a signature style inspired by global food cultures with a focus on French influences. He founded Humphrey Hospitality, a consulting firm offering expertise in kitchen design, menu development, and mentorship, and has worked with notable establishments like the Hotel Jerome and San Francisco's Bearing West and Ofena.
